El Pollo Loco - Yucaipa

Got the double chicken bowl and that was the only thing I had to eat that night and it gave me food poisoning. Normally wouldn?t leave a negative review but this is the second time for me.

Ordered 6 tacos. 6/6 tacos were not tacos.. they fell apart. Rather had been served six tacos worth of meat/cilantro/onion wrapped up in a single foil square with no shredded corn/tortillas at all? and handed a fork?.. the picture below was the only one to hold a shape. dry as well cause using sauce with them would of been a joke?. thank you team?.

This location is the best by far!!! Flor and Alexis were amazing. They were friendly and beyond helpful and accommodating! We had a large order and they went above and beyond great customer service. Thank you girls!

Best El Pollo. Food is fresh and enough of it. I drive from Beaumont, CA to get food from this one.

I try again, but this place always seems to be a little silly. You've screwed my simple order every time. I order Tacos El Carbon NO ONIONS. Every time there are onions. Then they look at me angry when I tell them! EVERY TIME! A few times while I'm in the window, they'll read the wrong order. I'll correct them. Then an employee accidentally held my credit card and gave me his employee card that was an accident, but... PAY ATTENTION! Please.
