You're not great to take orders. You're asking for a cold sandwich. You get a hot and cold sandwich. You don't ask for a pickle. You'll get a warm pimp that will marry your bread. You spend a lot of money on an overpriced sandwich and get high-quality sandwich.
Perhaps the worst bread I? ve had in a sub-sandwich: dry, too soft and tasteless. Otherwise it's a good place.
Food was great, but customer service wasn't so much. We were not greeted when we entered the building. We got no eye contact until we reached the register. There were 3 people in the front. An older gentleman without a name tag, a younger blonde without a name tag and the women who took our order that Lucia was. I will work on holidays is not the best, but that gives no one the right to treat others rudely because you are not out of the clock. Customers always come first. I wanted to leave a tip because the food was really great, but not welcome along with little to no interaction if the order was really regrettable. Specifically from Lucia and the ?no called blonde?. I recommend to the employees here to change their attitude and that employees are obliged to be in the management or leadership position where a name tag is independent.
I was hungry and thought I would give this place another try. Again, it was disappointing. My sandwich was made sloppy and the bread was definitely stale. The over quality of the sandwich was aweful, ended up tossing it out. I should of just went to Subway. I really wish this area would get a Jersey Mikes! No more Firehouse Sub for me. ?
