Waffle House - Yukon

Place was total chaos! Explained explicitly to the waitress exactly what I wanted. She acknowledged and when it came out it was raw hash browns...I asked for them golden like in the picture on the menu! Manager, who was working the hash browns grill, said to recook it. This time came out very dry and no cheese. Different cook said to the waitress that he asked her and she said she told him with cheese. Never understand this yelling out orders and hoping it is right. Waitress was nice, place was busy, but still they don 't handle it very well.

Absolutely horrible customer service , the older waitress was super rude and racist and didn't sit me or my husband down after 30 mins of waiting she kept ignoring us , she needs to be fired ASAP! Is that how this establishment treats VETERANS ???

Great cook at this location. Nostalgic atmosphere and like a diamond in the rough waffle house is often over looked for the great service and affordable priced food.The waffles are so good.

I wish they had french fries
