I used to dine in or pick up every week. I always order the same, but the last time pick up order) as soon as I got home, I opened my box and the rolls were different than the usual. They made the rolls with the dark salmon part and just a very small pieces. And today I ordered the same expecting to have a good, normal roll. But they did worse : the rolls were only rice and a lot of cream cheese… literally some pieces were half milimetre of a dark salmon skin… really sad, I’m not gonna be there again. The young manager asked me “remake or your refund? But if we remake it’s gonna be the same” lllllol very disappointed. I told her “I’m not gonna pay 20 for rice and cream cheese” like I was wrong…I should take a pic but I was expecting them to just change my rolls for what I ordered.

I ordered two heart attack rolls and specifically requested no sauces on either roll. However, the egg rolls did not come with any sauce, which is unusual. The jalapeño bombs were decent, but nothing extraordinary. I've been a loyal customer for five years, and this place used to be fantastic. The rolls were once bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in quality—now they taste bland and are overpriced. I'm disappointed to say that you've lost a loyal customer. I can't justify spending $53 without receiving sauces and rich flavors. I really hope you take the time to read your reviews and find ways to improve your business.

The atmosphere was quite stressful. The waitstaff seemed overwhelmed, constantly rushing around, and the phone was ringing non-stop. We had to repeatedly ask for miso soup, and although we requested our gyoza to be served with our sushi, it arrived before we even placed our order. When we mentioned this to our waitress, she only offered to heat it up when our food was ready. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Don’t let the appearance deceive you. Food is savory and freshly made. The Ramen is spectacular. The restaurant itself could use some improvements and up-keeping but the food really compensates for the eyesore.Food: 5/5

On a positive note, the food was delicious! The sushi rolls, especially the eel sushi, were fantastic. However, the miso ramen was quite disappointing; it lacked flavor. The noodles tasted like plain water, as if they had just been washed and served with other ingredients—it was quite underwhelming. Overall, while there were highlights, the service could definitely use improvement.
