Contribuisci feedbackI have to admit it was a busy night. I waited 35 minutes for a 16-piece meal, only to be informed that they were out of mashed potatoes and gravy. I was more than a little disappointed. It's not always like this; the service is usually quite good.
I ordered three items, but we didn’t receive one of them, the ind cole slaw ($2.79). My husband also didn’t get the cole slaw that was supposed to come with his three-piece big box meal. My one-piece breast meal was cold, and it looked like someone had already taken a bite of the mashed potatoes. My husband wanted the original recipe but they were out of it, so he had to settle for extra crispy, which he doesn’t like. We won’t be coming back again.
Went through the drive thru. Gentleman said that there would be about a 10 minute wait for chicken, but said it would be hot and fresh. It was so good, I will wait 10 minutes any day if it means the chicken will be that great. Also, the gentlemen workingdrive thru was great at his job.
Ordered food online to grab for lunch and we were waiting a good 35 minutes. Wasn 't exactly fast food today smh. Not to mention our chicken bucket had tons of oil on the bottom which means they probably didnt have time to drain it on the rack dueto us waiting so long .
The manager, who is a White female, was extremely rude, hostile, and angry during my visit. I believe she should be let go immediately. She lacks people skills and is not suited for a role that involves customer interaction. Her demeanor was quite unpleasant.
