Starbucks - Yuma

I've never had a bad experience here. The line was exceptionally long and we did have to wait a bit but you could tell they were busy as hell. The staff are always very nice

My favorite drink is the caramel frappuccino mmm it is so delicious

I come here about once a week. I have had an experience here where I have waited FOREVER to get a drink and pastry, only to find out they had never gotten the order from the cashier. I have also had an experience where they were absolutely delightful and delivered our drinks and food promptly. Every time we come here, they are at the very least very friendly.

Drinks were good but the Josselyn got my order wrong twice and didn’t seem to care, she blamed me for the “miscommunication”

You can depend on Starbucks no matter where you are. Nice location. Very busy. Long drive thru line.
