Costa Coffee Tigne Point - Zabbar

Worst iced mocha coffee I ever had. Tasted like diluted coffee with a bitter taste. Staff should be sent to train at Costa Cafe, Pama Supermarket. There they do a brilliant job.

It's been 30 minutes and we're still waiting for our coffee. The workers should be better trained in making coffee. This is not acceptable. Here is my review for the owner of this coffee shop. I was only here briefly while I wrote this.

The restaurant is overpriced compared to local coffee shops. During our visit, many tables were cluttered with empty trays and cups, and the tables themselves were dirty.

I ordered a large iced caramel latte, but what I received was essentially iced sweet milk for €5. After tasting it, I asked the barista if she could please add a shot of coffee since it did not resemble the latte I usually order. She insisted that there were already 4 shots inside, but when she showed me, I couldn't believe it. The coffee was terrible and the customer service even worse. This experience was so disappointing that I will not be returning to this outlet again.

Personal really ok. coffee was really good.
