Delicious! I tried the chicken pastizzi, wish I had bought more. It's a no thrills place we bought pastizzi and ate it in a small garden area across the road which was much needed after exploring Mdina. They also sell other treats which would be great as gifts to take back home. Enjoy!

The pastizzi was amazing! I had the ricotta and artichoke and the ricotta was a cheesy gooey heavenly experience with the artichoke a subtle distinction allowing the full bread experience to be enjoyed. Would come back again

Best maltese streetfood. Great freshly baked pastizzi (three types: with peas, ricotta or chicken) and qassata (with peas or ricotta), all sold while still hot, straight from the oven. Very cheap 0.40-0.50€ for pastizzi and 1€ for qassata. I especially recommend the chicken pastizzi, absolutely amazing! Pea pastizzi is also delicious. Ricotta one would be on third place. : There is a long queue of locals there for a reason this is how we discovered this place. Coffee is mediocre, it's better to get it from the ice cream parlor next door. Protip for tourists: there is a souvenir shop on the corner, worth checking out, great choice and good prices.
