American Steak Grill House - Zagreb

I believed that the restaurant is not disappointed. I was glad to get many mushrooms, as most restaurants only give a few. the big waiter was efficient, friendly profi, they could say that he really well maintained. I thought he was an American when his English was perfect, he called me 'ma'am' that I loved, but he was truly croatian, a credit to the company. I was a very happy customer, also beautiful coffee.

The T-bone Steak on the Picture was very good, even when I chewed was different texture with the T-BONE in the US. But I love it. The Chocolate mousse was also was good. Due to my stomach full, I was not able to finish it. The service was nice and the service was friendly.

Just went to the restroom very nice, mirrors, marble like and clean!

I was disappointed with the slow service and the meat was not good although the price is high. It is central, in a good location but I dont suggest

This did not live up to expectations. service was very slow even though there was around 6 other guests in the restaurant at the time. It took around 1h to get the food. Burger was very dry and didn't even have any sauce on it. The fries where sloppy and limp. The tuna steak was waaayyyy overcooked and was ordered as medium rare but came out as well done . Mushrooms where OK but very watery. Seems like everything here is frozen. Avoid at all costs even considering the location at the central square. The only thing that makes the place gain a two stars is the friendly waiter.
