Fazoli's - Zanesville

Don’t waste your time reaching out to me. I won’t be back. There is a reason why this place is dead at noon on a weekday. Four cars in a row were asked to pull forward or in a parking spot (what are the odds nothing was ready). Sounds like it was done to show quick ticket orders. Waited 10 mins for old pizza and stale breadsticks. Gas station pizza was 10x better. Only giving two stars on service because the employee apologized for the wait

Order was processed very quickly. Food was hot and delicious. Employee was extremely nice and very helpful. Name on receipt was Kari. Super service!!

Food was not as fresh as I've experienced at other locations. Staff wasn't as friendly as you would hope for.

The staff and food was amazing, they took perfect care of our players.
