Great subdivision and the general is the one to go away for larger masses.

Best subs in town. I moved away from. Zanesville 16 years ago. But everything I come back I have to get some subs.

Just ordered from here and the lady that was working was extremely rude I was asking her the prices on things and she was just being absolutely rude to me other than that pizza is good but some of the workers are f-ing R.U.D.E

I called the store to inform them of the mistake, and they were going to send out a new sub right away. When I asked if they could include some ranch with the sub, the response was unexpected. The person who answered the phone told me if I wanted ranch, I would have to pay an additional delivery fee. This was frustrating to me, as they were already delivering the correct food due to their mistake, so why would it matter to bring a small packet of ranch with them? Overall, this experience has left me disappointed. Customer satisfaction goes beyond just politeness and accuracy in orders, but also in the little details that can help retain customers. This location could benefit from improving their customer service.
