Café El Colibrí - Zapopan

The place has a cozy/pleasant atmosphere, it is very familiar, the menu is quite extensive, it has good breakfast options, as well as hot and cold drinks and desserts. There are Mexican snacks. The attention was excellent, such good service is appreciated. I recommend the panela roasted in red sauce as a starter, and as a main course the chilaquiles (any version is delicious), the egg crumbs, the chilaquiles lunch, the lemonade, and the cappuccino, everything is delicious and with good portions. Something to take into account, that on weekends early in the morning, due to the busyness of the place, there is a waiting time, fortunately they have benches and there are trees providing good shade to make the wait less tiresome. It's worth it. Totally recommended.
