Don Carbon Guadalajara - Zapopan

Beef quality similar to Golden corral or Ryans steakhouse not quite up to Outback quality. Staff was pleasant but steak was thin lots of gristle fat. Two visits not overly impressed

Don Carbon's offers mostly Mexican fair, with a little bit of other stuff mixed in for travelers who want something more American. I had tacos and fajitas there and they were wonderful. The staff is really friendly, and I even got to meat the pastry chef, who is from California.

The burgers were very good. The beer was good too because they have lots of Mexican brands. The service was great and the prices were to die for. Two people can eat a ton for about 6 dollars.

La comida esta bien pero no es nada extraordinario, solo había dos meseros para todo el lugar, las sillas de la terraza demasiado sucias, y los precios son similares a los demás restaurantes de su tipo...

Lugar ideal para romper con la rutina, muy buenas hamburguesas, caldo en su jugo recomendado, buena atención!
