What is a Caldosa ? The famous Caldosas of moncho or Palmares, as many know them, is the traditional ceviche but is served in a packet of picaronas or jalapeños, you can add mayonnaise and tomato sauce to taste and if you are a chili lover , we invite you to add more flavor.

Super bad place, bad service, not recommended at all.
