Dona Tapa - Zaragoza

Chose to eat here based on reviews and it’s proximity to our hotel. We were quite pleased with the variety of tapa options and with what we chose. The chicken curry burger was excellent, as was the crusted goat cheese tapa. The others we had were also tasty but the curry and goat cheese ones really stood out. Service was great and they both spoke a little English which really helped.

Went in here for a quick bite in the evening. Asked for the three most popular choices of tapas. I was given one with pork and foie gras, an serrano croqueta and lastly a small stew with chorizo and sliced pig 's stomach. The pork tapas I can recommend, I 've had far better croquettas at other places in Zaragoza, the chorizo stew tasted good in the beginning but at the end of the small stew I was fed up on the taste. There was really no depth in the dish, it was just a fatty taste. And I have had stomach before so it 's not that I 'm picky with the ingredient. Location is good, but very close to the tapas rich neighborhood El Tubo , which I would recommend if you are interested in tapas.

The Mrs. and I arrived at Zaragoza past lunch time and we were hungry. After checking in, we walked towards Plaza Espana about 5 blocks away but we could not decide where to eat. So we decided to go back to our hotel and try the in house cafe. But lo and behold, a few doors before our hotel, this cozy and intimate cafe. We were glad we tried it. Very friendly attendants and got seated by the tapas bar in a corner table. We ordered Carinena wine, Montaditos and Croqueta. We left very satisfied. Total bill: 9.90 Euros!

El menú del día se sirve a partir de las 13 horas. Muy buena comida y ambiente.

Pedí un café con nata y aún sin tenerlo en la carta me lo hicieron muy atentos para servir además de simpáticos ambiente muy limpio , productos del día , da gusto volveré otro día
