Contribuisci feedbackBought a 13,6 euro Roma salad to eat on the plane. Salad was not fresh at all, quite some parts were rotten. Tried to get in touch with customer service for refund, no answer since 4 weeks
I love Exki restaurant I am from Belgium and I always go to exki. The brand is super but the one at the airport after security is just awful. It’s not the first time that I am extremely disappointed. I could not finish my salad today. The salmon was not fresh anymore, the bottom of the salad was full of water and really awful taste. And I paid 12 euros for this salad. The soil was boiling. Last time I took a sandwich and could not finish it. This is not the usual quality of exki we know! They must change or I won’t go there anymore.
There are a very cute waitress, who has been very kind and makes me feel very confortable i don’t know her name but she has brown hair and wears glasses
Burnt, overpriced coffee served way too hot and employees that do not know what's in their food, dispite the fact that most of the products are marked with an ingredient list and a dietary label (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc. . I expect the employees at a place that claims to have dietary awareness to know or at least make an effort to track down the information.
I don 't even know how you can turn eggs into something THIS bad and most outrageous of all call it Scottish breakfast . Sorry, Scottish people....
