Contribuisci feedbackNot with the name, this is not a burger. instead, its authentic German culinary experience. the beautiful lady who runs the front when house speaks very good English when they need it. loads of different types of carving and steaks. large glass of ice cold local beer (bitburg) went well on a day when the temperature was hotter than Greek. the service was fast and the food was really delicious and well presented. the price was also med to obtain. the house special is a carving on a burger therefore his name, but none of us four chose. also here eat locals, which is always a good sign. easy to find. on the main road, not the weinberg rosd from the great red and white church st. michael in merl zell.
We arranged to meet friends here for a late lunch and were thrilled by the quality and variety of dishes surprised. friendly service speak both English and German. due to the bad internet connection credit cards are not accepted. wein was excellent and was good. accompaniment to our eating.
Just a few hundred meters from the mosel, it is worth turning away from the river merl and following the merlerbach the narrow valley to the burgerstube. in front of the restaurant is a parking lot. Here you will find the German cuisine best....The extensive menu has something for everyone – steaks, carvings, fish, mushrooms, salads and snacks. the food is cooked to perfection and presented very attractive. portions are generous and priced, fair. excellent quality local weine are not only available through the bottle, but through the glass. English is spoken fluently.
A few hundred meters from the Mosel, it well worth turning away from the river at Merl and follow the Merlerbach up its narrow valley to the Burgerstube. There is parking in front of the restaurant. Here you will find German cooking at its best.The extensive menu has something for everybody – steaks, schnitzels, fish, mushrooms, salads and snacks. The food is cooked to perfection and very attractively presented. Portions are generous and prices, fair. Excellent quality local wines are not only available by the bottle but by the glass.English is spoken fluently.

The service was quick and the food was really tasty and well presented. The price was Med to Inexpensive too. The house special is a schnitzel on a burger hence its name but none of the four of us opted for. Locals eat here too which is always a good sign. Easy to find. Up the main road ,not the vineyard rosd from the big red and white church of St. Michael in Merl Zell.
