Little Caesars Pizza - Zephyrhills West

I 've worked in fast food when I was a teenager, so I know how hard it is to balance the fast vs. food costs. Part of this visits low quality food was my fault, I didn 't check the pizza when I got it to go. But part of it has to go to the store too. So I basically ended up with a stale hard crust that reminded me of the crackers I had in MRE 's and a dry chewy topping of cheese and pepperoni. So check it out when they put it on the counter. Hot Ready could mean Hard Crunchy after an hour in the oven.

This particular little Caesars has the absolute sweetest young lady at the register! She makes you want to come back, just to say hi to her! Made my day!

The most disrespectful, unprofessional, group of employees I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant establishment I’ve ever been to. They don’t answer their phones no matter how many times you call, or how long you allow it to ring. They don’t accommodate their customers. They will tell you they aren’t making you a pizza with the toppings you ask for. Rather that you have to basically buy the hot and ready pizza and cheese breads.the manager is very rude and unprofessional and should not be in a management position. By far the worse experience I’ve had in Zephyrhills to date. I will not be returning again. It’s sad that the owner probably couldn’t possibly care less how much revenue he looses due to the staff they choose to employ. 2 thumbs down!!

Went to pick my online order and my crazy bread was cold I told one of the girls and she called the other girl name Christa she snatch my crazy bread out of my hands and trew it in the garbage and said I would have to wait ok no problem they both started talking about me behind the oven like if I couldn’t hear them, then after my crazy bread was ready she then trows it right on the counter and say here you go and rolled her eyes and walks away unbelievable Customer service is horrible both girls that’s working one of their names is Christa nasty attitude and no customer service at all the other girl that working with her that has dark long hair in a braid is rude as well never going there again restaurant looks disgusting garbage can on the ground with garbage all over the floor very disappointing. This place needs to do way better

This is NOT an extra most bestest pepperoni and only 3 cheese breadsticks? That’s crazy.
