Sonic Drive-in - Zephyrhills West

The staff at the restaurant were seen standing around and not responding to the calls for assistance, ignoring customers in the drive-thru around 9:30 p.m. If there was an issue with the speakers or something else, they should have taken the initiative to inform the customers. Unfortunately, it seems like we can't expect much from them.

This restaurant urgently needs a complete overhaul, from the food and the staff to the kitchen itself. It is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning, especially after hearing reports of rats in the kitchen. I would not recommend eating here. This establishment should be closed down immediately.
