Contribuisci feedbackChicken! Did someone say chicken? I was there for a while to give up this KFC, but my hunger told me to just hang in there and come back and I did. They just waited the chicken with 11 herbs and spices to close your mouth with good food.
They have come for years and the website gets my order wrong in every successive visit I had, but the frustration is usually compensated by getting too much of everything I ordered or also something separate probably by chance. You will send you without your drinks, which will force you to remember or ask them to ensure they will sometimes forget your sauce, even if it is printed on the entrance, or they can even you on how much food you receive. I always get their 3 pieces offers combo, but always a cube roll, whether I have more or less of what I have paid, but never exactly what is advertised. Employees are socially and friendly, but the management of the website must be reassessed here because something simply does not work. Otherwise, the food is great and worth the stop in the parking lot to ensure that they do not fill my order.
KFC is not what it used to be.. The service the quality of the chicken. It just seems like people don 't care. I was given my order and when pulling away I noted there was no way in that small box there could be what I ordered. So I went around. The female behind the voice box asked what I would like to order. I said I had ordered but it does appear that all pieces are not there. She says well did you order the 12 piece. Now i had just said that. Then she says what is missing. I said i need to know if this container has 12 pieces. Again she says but what is missing. Now we are going around in circles. I said i will go up to the window. And in a appropriate voice and good customer service you would expect for her to say something like. Ok we will meet at the window. Instead she stated then go to the window . I don 't have the patience for little kids. At the window the manager came out like she was going to fight. I told her what I was asking for, then she noted that the order was incorrect. She fixed it and apologized for the inconvenience. I was not angry I just wanted my order fixed. The young man at the window was very polite and in good manor. Customer service is going down the drain.
Twice been burnt. Last week I ordered two #15 fill ups. Include a breast , potato , biscuit , cookie drink. Both fill ups contained cheaper thighs dark) rather than breasts. Yuck. Guess the geniuses don't know the difference. Called the store 5 times with no answer. They let it go to fax. This week they just leave out the biscuits and they raised their prices 20%.. Watch out.
Service by Drive-Thru, as always was excellent!!! They are fast, very serviceable
