Papa John's Pizza - Zephyrhills

I'm not going to this Papa John's because it's the only one in Zephyrhills. I'm going to Papa John's because it's the best place I know about in town. They bend backwards to make sure that their males like to come back. I know at least 8 pizzerias closer, but I'm still here!

Today at 3:30 am I have a pizza order for no contact pizza delivery. My pizza finally arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes later. The pizza was cold and had no box seal as needed. I refused the pizza and contacted the store. I asked to talk to a manager and an employee who used the name Austin, took the phone off and when he asked him to be the store manager. It became clear that he was lying when he had no reference to Papa John's quality seal. I called Austin and insisted he put the real manager on the phone. I then spoke to a woman who said she was the manager and her name is Tabatha. I explained everything to her and requested a full refund for the standard cold and unsealed pizza I sent back. Papa John's Franchisee in Zephyrhills has to spend more time in his store to monitor his employees.

While the pizza was good, we were very concerned about the Peprocini, which had been clearly defrost on the stem. When the store was called, they said we were using pliers. How about your eyes?

I ordered a small gluten-free with light cheese and 2 20 oz diet Pepsi. I git regular cheese and on 1 20 ounces of pepsi. I notice that the labels in the box have overlapped me to cover the number of drinks that were on the order. I tralize this is because the labels for the pizza box are developed and pressed on the small box. Maybe you should consider changing your label size. Otherwise, my order was acceptable and the supplier was friendly and patient.

The shaqaroni wasn't as pictured on the commercials... Had probably three fifths the amount on it and if there was extra cheese on it, I couldn't tell... Sorry Shaq, but it didn't fill my expectations at all... I probably won't be there for another one..
