The living room was spacious with a great table for playing cards and enjoying drinks. The bathrooms were spotless with jacuzzi baths and very good toiletries. The beds were big and very comfortable with lovely sheets and towels. We enjoyed the sauna in the basement and all the other pools and showers - perfect for sore muscles. Breakfast was lovely every morning with eggs cooked to order and lots of bread, meat and cheese. Muesli and fresh fruit for healthier options and fresh juice too. Good coffee and tea set us up for a day on the slopes. It has a heated boot room and is a 100m walk to the bus to either station or cable car. There are so many choices to eat in Zermatt that we only ate in one night in the Thai restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and drinks - very authentic Asian tastes. We were spoiled thoroughly and will find it hard to go back to our usual chalet style ski hols!
Excellent Japanese restaurant, with showmen cooks that prepare tepannyakis cooked at the fire of the sake in the great Japanese tradition. Preliminaries that treat your eyes and put you in appetite before feasting your taste buds. It's as beautiful as it is. all in a warm and friendly atmosphere. to enjoy under a snowstorm without moderation!
Beautiful restaurant, as equipped in a ship. service solala, could be more polite. eat well, very expensive
Was there with the whole family and they were thrilled. the foods are prepared directly in front of one and accompanied with a great show. the children were no longer coming out of the staunch like the adults.
The restaurant offers Japanese and Thai cuisine. at the reception you are asked what you want to eat. if they arrive with a group of people who want to eat both, namely Thai and Japanese, then they receive the unfriendly answer "no, that is not possible. Why this should be so is not evident. Japanese Teppanyaki style is prepared, so in front of the gas, thai in the kitchen and is delivered to the table. Well, anyway, the thaland food was excellent, really very good. the service was mobile, at the limit of ease and not very accommodating (e.g. the food was delivered from the kitchen and placed within a wide range, but it took 5min until the service manager also served the food, the individual teller was only lukewarm.) everything in all: great eating, moderate service.
