Fuji - Zermatt

We love hibachi back home and this place was awesome!!! We absolutely loved it. The chef was so entertaining and the food was amazing! What a treat to have hibachi here in the Swiss alps!

Good hibachi with decent cuts of steak. Value overall poor compared to all the fine restaurants around. Meals here go for $100 each without drinks. There is also no kids menu.

Eating and their presentation were fantastic! there are different menus where you can vary the individual courses easily.

We visited the tepaniaki grill in fujis. it was a great evening and an optical and culinary experience. we strongly recommend ordering a whole menu. the varied eating and the amusing show of the chefs is really worth it. However, you must be ready for a menu to pay about 100 francs. but you get a lot to do. we are happy to come back next year.

Okay it is not a clear option to choose sushi in the middle of Alps but if you are already familiar with Swiss cuisine... We had a very nice night at this restaurant and kids loved to follow how their plates were cooked and how it was possible to taste everyhing during cooking. A hint of Japan in the middle of Alps :
