Contribuisci feedbackWe expected something really outstanding (17 in G-M and a star in Michelin) but received on the contrary very bad food for high price!Also the service is really not on level with waiters who made a lot of mistakes (like adding red wine in a glass of white wine!)
An evening that we will not forget so quickly.Very professional service, thanks to Italian charm neither cramped nor stiff.The card is designed so that it offers everything for families, couples and business. please do not expect a super high-grilled star restaurant, but simply super eat with a service of passion and let a beautiful day end up at the capri bar. we're coming back!
Sometimes if you comment a restaurant you feel saying that the hardware is ok but not the software. Now, here it's certainly the other way around. What an anonymous place where you feel back in the 60's ! Surprisingly enough though the service is exceptional as is the food (but still from the 17 points from Gault & Millau you would have to deduct 1 or 2). Let it be as a breakfast room, or then invest some CHF 80'000.- to make this place more suitable. Very disappointing !
Price/performance was this evening for us not in the lot the Amuse-Bouche really tasted us both, the fish was fade and not tender, the carpaccio e tartare di fassone unfortunately also did not convince. for our taste almost too much personal, hardly finished away with the teller. very nice staff, but only the chef spoke German...Everything in everything we were disappointed
Saturday evening dinner was excellent. The food, wine and (in particular) the service was all first class. Particular mention goes to the restaurant manager (see picture) and the Swiss aged fillet steak, which has to be one of the tastiest any in the world! The Sion Pinot Noir was also good.
