I don't know if it's new management or cook in the kitchen or something. my counterpart with a side of aioli ordered. when I went to my eating boil told me it's not on the harbour, they have to pay for it. the situation is one, it is not my fault that the waiting staff can not have a food order right two they want that I fail all the way into the cash and back after their waiting staff mistake and three could have been of good if the chef wasn't on me like I was a member of the staff and me unnecessary hire. note this pub frequently because of the great customer service and always eat a 5/5 for me. unusually long waiting time today also for a quiet day off, chips were cold and the half were over boiled and black as they were double-journed they. they can see from the reviews before these people feel the same. timestamp 2:45

Beautiful place, but had a bad experience when we were not allowed to order food at 8:50 clock, although the menu said kitchen was open to 9 clock. the personal was not especially friendly or sympathetic to tell us.

My partner felt pressured to order drinks quickly, and the staff seemed exhausted and struggled to handle a simple order. It’s a shame because we had noticed how surprisingly beautiful this place was before the manager made us feel so unwelcome. It's really disappointing, especially since we are locals and didn’t feel welcomed in our own community. I tried not to let this experience affect me too much, but it was difficult, and I felt compelled to leave this review. I hope someone reads this and takes action to improve the atmosphere for both customers and employees.

It's decent. The drag bingo nights are really entertaining, but on other nights, it's just average.

The restaurant is beautifully maintained, featuring a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and helpful patrons. I attended trivia night there on Tuesday and had an fantastic experience. The host was attentive and took the time to ensure everything was running smoothly, demonstrating great patience in organizing and managing the event. The food was excellent, and their drink selection is impressive as well.
