When we called to make reservations, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that they accept the accommodation vouchers since they are part of the participating service providers. To our delight, we were able to combine and use multiple vouchers after verification. The establishment has a cozy, upscale ambiance and is impeccably clean. For our meal, we decided to order the 5 pieces of fried chicken, biscuits, fries, a full slab of pork ribs, and the spiced carrot cake. The biscuits were moist and warm, and they were served with a delightful combination of blueberry jam and butter, elevating the overall flavor profile. The fried chicken was a standout, boasting freshness, crispiness, juiciness, and, most importantly, tenderness. Being boneless, it made for a truly enjoyable and delicious experience. The pork ribs were expertly marinated and cooked to perfection. The meat was tender, and the dish was served warm. Its distinct flavor profile complemented the fried chicken, enhancing the overall dining experience. In summary, it was a fantastic experience! We extend our gratitude to the Taiwan tourism board and Buttermilk for providing us with such a memorable meal. We absolutely loved it.
Littlebit pricy. The fried chicken and fried crab ball is very yummy, but the pork rib is soso and a bit too many oil.
This is crazy! 3 largest ever fried chicken pieces, all breast part, but meat only 1/3-1/4 size of the actual fried chicken. The breast is less than half a cm thin, while crispy crust is 4 times thicker. If u like carb then this is crispy crust all-u-can eat, but if u want protein, there’s none… in the picture it’s all crispy crust
It is a nice restaurant, very comfortable chairs. Staff is nice and attentive. Fries were good, the Burger was tasteless. I expected more from a home made sauce. Pricey.
Been there several times, fried chicken has been as delicious as always and looooove the biscuits, defo the best in town
