Very nice environment, food delicious, comfortable place to to celebrate the movement with friends and family!

One of the most famous Russian restaurant in Taiwan, although I 'm not very familiar with Russian cuisine, the only things I 've heard of are borscht and dalieba, I can promise that their dishes are nice (it 's nowhere near the food supply of former USSR). And for hipsters fancied a bit of history form the 50s and 60s, this is definitely the shrine to visit, because many of Taiwanese modern literature prominent figures (and artists) used to visit there very often.

A historic restaurant at downtown Taipei serving Russian cuisines... The cultural atmosphere and vibe were vibrant. The signature Borscht soup was truly delicious but a little pricy, considering the portion size.

It is a nice place to enjoy the feeling there. And to try their Russian candy.

This coffee shop has played an important part in Taiwan's history. Many of its well known writers once gathered here. Opened in the late 1940s, much of its ambience and decor have been preserved. The beef borscht, Russian coffee, and Russian soft candy are highly recommended.
