Mint Deli & Bistro - ZIHUATANEJO

We had lunch here twice after finding this little place by chance. I had the vegetarian omelette (a full meal & quite tasty). Hubby had the vegetarian sandwich which is not on the menu. They made him a delicious triple layer veggie sandwich which he devoured. The fellas who work here are kind & attentive. We didn't have a chance to sample their coffee & pastries but they looked wonderful. If you enjoy healthy food prepared with attention & made with quality ingredients, this is the place. It's in a thru courtyard that is well shaded & on the way to the beach area.

I was so happy when we found Mint on Trip Advisor, we are big breakfast fans, and were looking for a place that had organic coffee and interesting and healthful breakfast options.It was hard to find a place like Mint in Zihuatanejo, that opened early in the morning, with the selection they had.I loved enjoying the local organic coffee, with an amazing toast that came with local honey and jams, and some of the local pastries. It was so delicious, and such a great setting, eating outside in a table, in one of Zihuatanejo unique streets.We loved it so much, we knew we had to come back. So for dinner time the next day, we knew where we were headed, Mint it was. I had the most delicious and unique shrimp burger, I have ever had. I thought it was such a smart conception, and it delivered in taste. The fresh lime and mint margarita, was the perfect match for my dish, and we finished everything with a nice expresso, from the next door coffeehouse, they were kind enough to bring and a delicious homemade carrot cake.What a great experience, definitively a place to return when in Zihautanejo, I still dream about that shrimp burger:) Great and friendly service as well. A must try while in Zihuatanejo!

We stopped by during our morning walk into town from La Ropa. We couldn't have picked a better place to sit and have the best breakfast! The presentation was great and the flavors nod preparation was yummy! We had omelets, the 'mint' one and a vegetarian one. Both generous in size, fillings and flavors. Good side of potatoes too. Our waiter was attentive and friendly visiting with us as we ask questions about the area. Will be back next time!

Excelente lugar para comer algo diferente y con mucho estilo y originalidad. Recomiendo los postres y las bebidas. Muy buena opción y servicio.
