I purchase from Pura Vida at the Eco Tianguis market every Saturday morning. Patti makes the most amazing spring rolls, raw desserts, coconut ceviche, and so many other delicious dishes. She is super into fermentation so you’ll usually find different kinds of sauerkraut and kombucha. She really is an amazing chef... and those spring rolls, can’t say enough about them.
Patti Lily is one of the most creative vegan chefs in the world. She can do anything vegan and make it interesting and yummy. If you have a special diet contact Patti and she can cater for you or give you take out or dine in her patio area. She does vegan wraps filled with fresh veggies, coconut bacon (out of this world! and accented with a lovely sauce. Her last special was a waffle falafel....using the chick pea waffle as the base and loaded with veggies and a tahini sauce. The kombuchas she offers are amazing. Be sure to contact Patti first to arrange to have the best healthy food of your life.
