Mcdonald's - Zion Crossroads

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever encountered. The service is always slow, and they constantly mess up even the simplest orders, even when they aren't busy. The staff seem uninterested in their work. Today was yet another example of poor management at this location. I was in the drive-thru line at 6:42 AM, with just one car in front of me waiting at the speaker. I was finally able to place my order at 7:06. I ordered a sausage biscuit and iced tea, paid by 7:09, and didn't receive my order until 7:14. Having worked at McDonald's as a teenager, I can say that this level of service is completely unacceptable. There are plenty of other fast-food options nearby, and I’ve decided I’m done with this McDonald's.

The food was solid, earning a commendable 4 out of 5. I especially loved the World Famous Fries, which lived up to their name, and the McChicken and Hamburger were both tasty and filling. The service, however, was the standout aspect of my visit, receiving a perfect 5. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made the takeout process smooth and pleasant. As for the atmosphere, it was decent but nothing particularly special, warranting a 3. While it may not be the most visually appealing spot, it’s a great place to grab a quick bite. If you're looking for a quick and tasty lunch, I highly recommend trying their fries, McChicken, and Hamburger!

The service was absolutely terrible. I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. The only dish I can recommend is the French fries.
