I was informed that they do not accept online reservations and there would be a 30 minute wait.
I made a reservation through OpenTable, but the restaurant did not honor it as they claimed they do not take reservations through OpenTable. Despite plenty of available seating, I had to wait. The restaurant explained that they did not want to stress their kitchen staff by taking more orders. It was the first Sunday of the NFL season and they did not adequately staff the restaurant.
Beautiful restaurant burger was delicious BUT my fries were sooooo salty!
Really impressive incompetence at this location. My last visit was today, my first a few weeks ago. The first time I waited 15 minutes past pickup time at 4pm, for six wings and fries. 45 minutes to fry two items, during a slow time. The whole time I didn’t see one employee in the dining area. When I finally got the two simple items, the order was wrong, so another 25 minutes or so. Today I go in to pick up a similar order, go into the takeout area, there are two other customers fuming about having to wait on recooks because BOTH of their orders are wrong. I wait another 15 minutes past my pickup time for two simple fry items. It’s really incredible how consistently incompetent this location is. I love Bw3s but this is by way and away the worst location I’ve ever been to.
