They forgot the mayonnaise and the juice. So the sandwich was a little dry this time. But normally they are great.

We’ve visited multiple locations, including two in Indiana and several in other states, and they always deliver. The meat and vegetables are delicious and not overly salty. The prices are fair for the quality of food you receive.

Best Sandwich place, in my opinion , they use fresh meat that is cut to order along with the cheese. Ingredients are all fresh, and they make hot sandwiches to order.

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Tyler and the entire staff were very friendly.

I tried to request a refund via Uber Eats, but it said that it needed to "process with the store," which likely means I won’t be getting my money back. This was a terrible experience and I feel like I wasted $30. I would recommend going to a different location since most Jersey Mike's locations usually offer decent food. Edit: I decided to give it one more try and ordered in person to ensure everything was correct. Unfortunately, the bread was stale and the sandwich maker overloaded my sandwich with lettuce. Now, I’m up at 1:30 AM dealing with diarrhea and vomiting from food poisoning. Stay away from this store!
