Moe's Southwest Grill - Zionsville

This was our first visit to Moe's. 5 Stars! We ordered the taco kit online. The order was correct, the food was fresh and delicious, the order was ready on time and the brief interaction that I had with the staff member when picking up our kit was pleasant. Happy campers, no complaints here. *Update Edit* I have dropped this review down from 5 stars to 2 because since the taco kit was such a big hit, I decided to stop by and try some nachos today for lunch. I was shocked at how they just how much stuff they piled on them. The take out container would have been enough to feed 3 or 4 people IF the whole thing hadn't been completely soggy and inedible by the time that I got home. This trip was a total waste of money. *Update Edit* Adding another star for another excellent taco kit tonight. The food was fresh, the order was mostly correct. (I had to go back in to exchange the sour cream for salsa as I had requested in the order notes. We subbed half of the tortillas for crispy shells and they were great. (15 secs in the microwave they were perfectly crispy. Clearly, meal kits are the best option for us.

I ordered my food at 7 o'clock on Sunday through the app and was charged. I drove 15 minutes to the restaurant only to find that it was closed earlier than expected. There was a sign on the door stating they were not receiving any more customer orders. When they close early, they also close the app for ordering.

We used Moe's to cater an event for 45 people and they did an excellent job! The food was delivered on time, set up in 15 minutes, and was fresh and delicious. The delivery staff were friendly and polite. In a time where many restaurants struggle with staffing, Moe's really impressed. Thank you!

Very unorganized and rude, they had a defect with lids and tried to sell it to me not fitting and the owner went off on me because I refused to pay for food that the lid would not stay on, instead of transferring everything to another bowl that the lid would fit..... they have idiots that work there and the owner is unprofessional

The service was terrible and the meat was cold. I would not recommend giving this restaurant a third chance.
