Contribuisci feedbackI have been fully charged even if I cancelled a week in advance (My schedule of visit of customers had been modified by our Dutch distributor to visit some clients on the other side of the country instead of Zoetermeer). The hotel justified charging me by we are full and had to refuse people ... probably just to take my money as if they had been really full, they would have easily found somebody else during the 5 days. So I 've seen better customer relationship, I wouldn 't advise you to book this hotel in advance!
Nice place in general. I don’t recommend the restaurant which is a little bit pricey for what it is. Regarding the room, they are really nice. I’m just wondering why they use twin beds for junior suite.
Very dissappointing xmas evening ,,no athmosfeer at all ,maybe in the other room but not where we ate .menu was strange for xmas stoof peeren with fish !???.we were long finished our koffie when the liguers came ,wont do this again,

Average dinner in an almost empty dining room. Staff was very friendly but the prices are too high for the food they serve.
