We made a delivery order via WhatsApp, a large salty pizza and a sweet sprout for R$116.00, confirmed by the company at 10:04 pm, we were informed that the delivery time was 50 to 70 minutes, when it was an hour and Halfway through we sent a message asking if it had already been delivered, they replied that the pizza was with the delivery man. After almost two hours we called the store and the attendant informed us with disdain that the pizza is with the delivery man , after insisting, the attendant informed us that she would call him, but she did not respond. The delivery man arrived just over two hours after the order was placed, with one of the pizzas open (as in the photo) and without money for change. The boxes do not contain a tamper-evident seal to know if someone has opened the box. At the time I should have refused the order, but I was so hungry, due to the waiting time, that I ended up accepting and paying by card. But it is very sad to pay the amount requested for a product and be treated with disdain in the way it was, with so many procedural errors. Because of the episode, the store is given 1 star.

Vc pede duas pizzas. Uma delas não tem cebola e vc pede pra acrescentar. Mesmo que fosse pra throw um pouco da primeira e place na second, mas não! E detail: não é a primeira vez que acontece. Não knowm cativar or client. Lucro em duas pizzas serious shaved for placing bait?
