Ice shoes are outdated, uncomfortable and your feet hurt after 10 minutes. Restaurant: Employee at the cash register puts the children's sweets into the bag with her bare hands. Touch waste with your bare hands without gloves and without washing your hands and continue working at the checkout. Drinks expired and still resell them. Food too expensive for a small restaurant with no dessert available. Employees unfriendly. Slushy machine leaks... sprays in all directions except into the cup.
2 stars because the food is too expensive e.g.: Sinckers ice cream 2.70 or a Powerade 4 for that is too expensive and unnecessarily makes it cheaper otherwise you won't be doing any business anyway
The infusion in the sauna could certainly be done more often than at the moment. Kind regards B. Sägesser
I've been a regular guest (twice a week at the sports center for a year and a half now and it's really very difficult to rate it. There are days like today when it doesn't even deserve a star and other days when things are going really well. It seems to be up to the discretion of the employees whether you have a good day. Every bathroom attendant and every employee in the restaurant has their own rules and they contradict each other more often than they fit together. Things are constantly changing and people are hardly informed. It just doesn't have a clear line. Whether and when the indoor swimming pool is open in summer seems to be determined by a random generator. Whether you get something to eat as a vegetarian. The same slabs keep falling off the pool walls. The temperature in the wellness pool is rolled. Cold water is often let in 2 hours before closing to scare away the mob. But as I said, there are also the good moments. In winter when it's cold and you're lucky and the wellness pool is decently heated, the beautiful pool lighting at night and every now and then the food in the restaurant if you get it is really tasty. But unfortunately the staff changes constantly (are they all on probation? and then it's a lottery again as to whether the new person is there for the customer's benefit or just lets out his/her bad mood. The menu seems to be created without any logic or thought for the potential visitors. Recently you can only get 2 menus after 2 p.m. (in the spring you could still get everything . This week (after 2 p.m. you won't get a menu that is vegetarian, lactose or gluten free. The vegetable portions on children's plates shrink over time. It was a major downgrade from the old jungle plate to the current one, and now the amount of carrots is shrinking further and further. It's no surprise that Time Out is often empty in the evening.
