Relais Des Arts Im Crowne Plaza Zurich

I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. Service was impeccable and food tasted delicious. The theatre of picking the weight of meat and watching the waiter cutting it for you (we also had to guess the weight, if it was correct or 0.5 above or below, you get the steak for free! was enjoyable. Recommended wine paired perfectly. My dessert was flawless also. Super happy and full!!!! Highly recommended for a good steak!

I dined here for business. The access to the restaurant is, slightly confusingly, through a bar or other more relaxed restaurant. Once in the restaurant however our server was exceptionally good and provided really top notch service. Not only did he provide good advice and assistance when choosing my meal but he dealt with an unexpected lack of my requested dish in a very professional way. My meal was excellent : the parsnip soup truly delicious and the grilled vegetable main course very nice indeed with some excellent relishes. A big thank you also for serving a rich variety of bread including spelt rolls. Extra points just for that! I will return to this restaurant as the food was very much above average and the overall experience very positive.

Als regelmässiger Gast im Crowe Plaza Zürich, in welchem ich mich gut aufgehoben fühle, besuche ich leider eher unregelmässig das hoteleigene Restaurant 'Relais des Arts '. Obwohl kein grosser Freund von Hotelrestaurants, hab ich das Lokal im hinteren Teil des Hotels sehr gerne gewonnen. Die Speisen munden jeweils bestens, das grösste Lob aber muss ich der Serviceangestellten 'Sabine ' zukommen lassen. Selten wurde ich so freundlich und kompetent bedient. Kompliment!

During my business trips I always have dinner at Relais des Arts and I was never dissapointed. The food is delicious and nicely presented, portions are never too small, the service is nice and helpful. I strongly recommend this restaurant for those who like to spoil their tastebuds (especially when it comes to desserts ; .
