Bombay Karachi - Zürich

The food was nice but the portions were small and expensive. The guy at counter knowing we are from Pakistan welcomed us with bigger portion and free yougurt and pickles. They had real desi doodh pati chai. The negative point was that it closes very early and is close also on weekend.

First of all this restaurant is in the heart of Zurich, 2 minutes walk from the central station. For being pakistani myself, this is the best food I have ever tasted. Its variety of food, menu changes every day so you get to eat all kind of different food. From delicious vegetables and dhaal to meat and chicken curries. The price is very affordable too!! I was there for few days and must say this is the best place I have ever eaten. The place is very nice and clean, the owner is very nice and friendly, not to mention very helpful as well.

Centrally located, nice food, good variety, ample amount and not very pricey. Good vue for money. Most important the owner himself attends you. We had a nicel chat with him in addition to nice food.

We loved this restaurant. Delicious authentic food and excellent service. Family-like atmosphere. We were in Zurich for 4 days, and this was the best meal (and definitely the most wallet-friendly).
