Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant is hidden in an inconspicuous courtyard in a former industrial district in the giesshübel. it is bright, friendly and simply furnished. the foods are prepared with fresh ingredients and you have a view into the kitchen. we had the last time the vegetarian menu - a combination of auberginenmousse, tomaten, mozzarella, fried ei and more ... a true dense and that at an extremely reasonable price of something more than chf 20.
We enjoyed a Friday evening in the hof kitchen and were very surprised! we liked the charm of the restaurant, the diners are tasty, the portions nice large and the service is friendly, courteous and uncomplicated!
Were in the yard kitchen again. the appetizers nüsslisalat and the fringes-Carpaccio with lukewarm cheese and the fine, in honey-dipped nuts, was really good. for the main course we decided to chateaubriand. must say that we haven't had such a good piece of meat for a long time. the service was very nice. great kitchen, great ambiente, good service. we're coming back.
The restaurant is located in an old industrial building (factory) and it kept the charm of that time. The service was friendly and quick, and the food was excellent. I especially liked the home made, lemon salad dressing. The lamb with the herbal crust was very tasty too.
We were here at 4th on a Saturday night. eating, service and ambiente - everything was top! Conclusion:Ganz grosse recommended. the price-performance ratio is phenomenal! qualitatiw high-quality eating too very appropriate trips. we would immediately spend a nice evening in the farm kitchen. we will repeat very soon. the service staff was very attentive and friendly. small special wishes were carefully received and reliably implemented. at the end we got another criminal schnapps donated by the chef, what you want more. we felt very comfortable in the farm kitchen. the mix of simple factory chic and modern decoration has been very pleasant to us all. in the restaurant there is a warm-hearted atmosphere that does not work. the time passed as in the flight.We are looking forward to the next time in the hofkitchen !-:)and who cares about our food from the evening in detail:We had:appetizer- 2x nüsslisalat with speck and ei > ingenial salatsauce - 1x randencarpaccio with goat cheese > the goat cheese was lukewarm, and exactly on the 1x fennel orange salat > the honey sauce has served the fennel properly well supplement main dish - 1x bark startar > the meat was butterfly and with capern refined - 1x whistle on white wine sauce > with many fine cut tweepers in white wine sauce in a pot- 1x cordon bleu from the calf > beautiful panade and very the cheese could be tasted really well, as it had a lot of own taste - 1x rinds entercôte > the desired level was perfect and the meat was butter-smooth dessert- 1x tiramisu > the individual layers have been very well supplemented. the crème was amazingly light-. 1x bananen crème Brûlée > surprisingly good combination with a perfect sugar lid which has cracked nicely when you have broken it with the spoon - 1x chocolate box with liquid core > at the touch of the baked outer layer the chocolate ran out nicely viscous - as must be. a ball of sour cream ice cream was served, which the sweets of the cute wonderfully underlined wine we have completely abandoned us to the recommendation of the service staff and were not disappointed
