We often go out to eat or search for restaurants - which not only have to do with food, but a lot of MORE!!!The ambiente - this service of the employees - the food wow - wow - wow - we come out of stuttgart and would be there again at any time. I really can only recommend it, the price is of course there, but for this quality udn for this attention - over and over again

I recently had an unforgettable dinner at the restaurant opera. already a look into the map is a pleasure, the decision is not easy with so many exciting and sounding diners. the great is that you can order a small portion of everything, so you can enjoy a start-up and main meal with smaller starving. the personal is incredibly competent, attentive and helpful and arranged teller a work of art for itself, almost it encourages one to touch the artistically dressed diners. but the fragrance is too tempting, so resist is no option. I had the ceviche as an appetizer and I enjoyed the Luma beef for the lead. the ceviche is balanced and very fresh, the white strawberries a taste explosion. the luma meat goes down on the hill and from the sweet I still dream today! it is perfectly prepared, beautifully crisp just perfect!A highlight is the wine map on the ipad. that may not sound so atmospheric now, but it is incredibly helpful and informatiw and helps you to preserve the overview of the great wine selection and find the perfect drop for the menu. on summer days, I recommend enjoying the apéro on the roof terrace "the view", which is unpaid in view of the oper the zürichsee, the most beautiful etc.

Unfortunately not overnight, but eaten in the in-house restaurant! züri sprinkled, spasm, fennel cream soup, carving. all the colleagues were full of the lobe - great! even the pumpkin core bread was world champion. but who expects sterile star kitchen and affected service is disappointed here. good portioning, top dressed without firlefance. service extremely nice and never intrusive! especially the dame (as unpleasant to the name we have asked extra) chaima (or similar) - sensational! we would come back anytime!
