Placed an order online. Paid via Ideal. Delivery time would be around 8:30 PM. Order never arrived and the phone is not answered. Now try to contact us via email and get your money back. Eten was lekker, helaas bezorger minder vriendelijk. S. Yildirim had haast. Ik betaal er uiteindelijk ook voor. Beetje manieren zou wel gewaardeerd worden. Jammer voor zo’n top bedrijf dat hij het gezicht is als bezorger vooral zijn maakt het af, vandaar 2 sterren ipv 1.

Ridiculous tent, after waiting 1.5 hours I decided to call to ask if the order had gone through correctly. And rightly so, at least; The gentleman indicated that the order had not gone through. After taking the order again and repeating and spelling the street name several times, the gentleman decided after 5 minutes to do his best to understand the street name and it turned out that the order had gone through. He was “in the making” I asked in surprise; still in the works after 1.5 hours? His response was; Yes and then? You do understand that it is busy, right? I reacted surprised and said that I don't know if he doesn't tell me. After some smart-aleck comments and foul language, I hung up the phone. After 2.5 hours I finally received cold and rancid food. The fry is very weak and prepared way too quickly. Burgers are cold and tasteless. Rolls are burnt and one is even bandaged. Truly a total experience of amazement.
