Let them take you on a taste explosion! I was there with a friend from Norway, and I was so glad I took him there! Best sushi, amazing cooked dishes. Fresh, healthy and generous portions. A pity you look onto the road, but you soon forget all that.

What a fabulous find, now called Hau.Doo restaurant in Main Road Sandbaai, Hermanus. Well it was all we wanted and more. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much to ask, courteous, friendly and well informed and and then the FOOD we had starters of various dumpling and tempura prawns, then 7 dishes which we shared between us and although the portions are big, we managed to finish most of it uttering lots of oohs and aahs as it was so good and not the western imitation that passes here in South Africa. Please, do yourself a favor and GO TRY IT OUT FOR YOURSELF, well worth it! PS. Previously lived in Asia for almost 8 years.

Hidden gem sushi restaurant on the top floor of the Waterfront Center. We had the All You Can Eat Sushi special. All good quality and we didnt have to wait for long like you usually do at sushi restaurants.
