Sahne und Carbonara passt für mich nicht, genauso wenig wie der Schinken. Da das Rezept vermutlich aus den Abruzzen stammt, gehört hier wohl würziger Guanciale oder evtl noch Pancetta rein. Alles andere - na ja. Aber es ist ja deine Variation, vielen...
