In realtà è meno complicato di quanto pensi. Non avevo salsa di pomodoro, quindi ho preso 1 lattina di concentrato e l'ho aggiunta a 1 tazza di acqua calda.
Quindi ho comprato gli ingredienti per una ricetta di Masala diversa, poi per sbaglio ho aperto questa ricetta e ho iniziato a prepararla. A metà preparazione mi sono reso conto di quello che avevo fatto.
Semplicemente eccezionale. Aggiungo più cayenna per il calore e cospargo circa un cucchiaino di garam masala sul pollo mentre cuoce, insieme al curry in polvere suggerito.
