Le polpette hanno ricevuto elogi dai miei ospiti. Avevo qualche dubbio perché non si sono dorate nel forno senza altri 10 minuti e avevo paura che fossero secche.
A tutti sono piaciuti. Hanno aggiunto molto sapore alla salsa. L'ho fatto come scritto e sono venuti perfetti.
Non pensavo avesse abbastanza sapore. Userei più erbe fresche, sicuramente non userei spezie italiane.
