Non ho fatto questa zuppa, ma essendo di Hawaii, il Miso era un alimento base nella nostra casa. Mia madre ci preparava la zuppa quando eravamo malati! Il tofu dovrebbe essere aggiunto dopo che la zuppa è pronta, proprio prima di servirla.
L'abbiamo fatto 4 volte ora - è molto gustoso. Parte delle nostre zuppe regolari ora.
Perfetto!! È semplice da fare, ricco di sapore e proprio come servono i nostri ristoranti di sushi preferiti.
