Excellente recette , merci
Il profilo di sapore è perfetto, ma ho trovato la ricetta un po' insipida, come se mancasse qualcosa e non ci fosse abbastanza condimento di quello che c'era. Ho aggiunto un po' di sriracha e ha aiutato tantissimo.
Mi è piaciuto e lo rifarò con alcune modifiche, ma nel complesso sono felice di dire che ora posso preparare il mio pad thai a casa senza doverlo ordinare!
