Tipo di impasto? Visto la quantità di proteine che questo tipo di pasta utilizza per garantire questo numero?
Eccellente! D'altra parte, ho preso una pasta completamente burrosa ed è stata molto dolorosa per il torso (pasta che si attacca alla carta sulfurata originale). In questo caso, solo tartinare uno dei due lati rende la torsione più semplice.
È sempre un piacere fare foglietti nell'aperitivo e l'immaginazione è grande (pesto rosso, tapenade, crema di acciughe).
