Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Chesapeake

I recently attempted to order a basic smoothie and some food, and I found it quite odd that I was able to do so. I usually place my orders through Grubhub, but this time it asked me to add an additional $19.72 on top of my order, which was already over $19.00. I had high hopes for this new smoothie place since I enjoyed it before. Thank you for the experience, but I’m a bit confused by the pricing changes.

So I want to give Curtis an amazing 5 stars to restore my smoothies and make them amazing how they could be. His customer service was on the point and that will take him a very long way!!!

It's important to be knowledgeable about the menu or at least know how to ask for assistance. I also think it would be nice to enjoy your smoothie while taking customer orders. However, the drinks were quite good.

Accidentally got a Peanut butter cup with chocolate not know that this had chocolate in it. The working people gave me a new one for my dog, super friendly staff and super! Thank you for everything!

Mediocre attitude from cashier. Drink maker was fine but cashier gave a tone as if the customers are annoying him. Not coming back again
