A rischio di incorrere nell'ira di tutti i recensori precedenti, ho fatto questo oggi e l'ho trovato leggermente carente di profondità/corpo per mancanza di parole descrittive migliori. Non ho omesso alcun ingrediente.
L'ho fatto tre volte. L'ho usato per costine di St. Louis e un intero brisket affumicato. Non ho cambiato nulla.
Ho usato aceto bianco. Ha un buon sapore ed è una salsa che piace a molti.
